With 10+ years of talent partnership experience across the digital-tech space, Diana has played a pivotal role in business development at established companies, emerging start-ups as well as directly with creators. Diana’s early career is rooted in content strategy both at Snap and Buzzfeed. Her social strategy work at Buzzfeed’s Tasty generated an impressive reach of over 152 billion lifetime impressions. She also played a vital role as part of the talent team at BuzzFeed, where she helped build the company’s creator business and manage a partner list valued at $18M in advertisement revenue through creator partnerships.
Diana's expertise extends to talent integration, having worked on various projects with top celebrities and a diverse range of creators. Most recently, Diana served as a Strategic Partner Manager at Meta before she transitioned fully to DLVPZ Marketing where she continues to expand on creator business development via a direct-to-client support model.

Served as BuzzFeed’s external creator partnerships liaison across editorial, branded, and special projects. Led cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, editorial, social, PR, legal, HR, and finance teams to develop new creator-driven business innovations in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, contributed to driving $18.8M of the company’s $56M in total creator revenue.
- Ideated, pitched, and activated strategic partnerships for original creator collaborations. For example, led the development of a “built-if-sold” show concept in partnership with Def Jam Recordings, BuzzFeed creators, and the Cocoa Butter channel.
- Managed strategic relationships with talent networks, agencies, social platforms, digital publishers, and music labels, including CAA, WME, UTA, Viral Nation, Def Jam Recordings, Snap, and Meta.
- Oversaw the integration of partner creators into BuzzFeed’s editorial and advertising ecosystem, including affiliate and commerce partnerships such as Amazon Live Shopping and Walmart x BuzzFeed.
- Directed a team of social strategists to scale creator content and audience reach across Tasty and additional BuzzFeed social channels.

Supported VP of Talent in launching and leading BuzzFeed’s Creator Program focused on activating branded partnerships, content strategy, affiliate shopping, e-commerce, and emerging platforms across Tasty, Nifty, Buzzfeed, Cocoa Butter, Pero Like, etc. content channels.
- Collaborated with the VP of Talent, Legal, and Finance teams to onboard new creator partners—both internal and external—under long-term contracts. Reviewed, redlined, and developed contract templates, and negotiated terms in partnership with legal counsel.
- Ideated, structured (budget & pricing), and facilitated creator ad product partnerships that accounted for 30% of all 2020 direct-sold creator revenue ($16M).
